First Meeting We will begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to learn more about each other and determin if we are a good fit for your bookkeeping needs. We can meet in person or online! Following a quick review of your business, you will receive a clear, straighforward estimate with several service package options to choose from.

On Boarding Once you select your preferred package and complete the Onboarding form, we will set you up on a payment schedule. Your estimate will  include a clear timeline if you are in need of cleanup or initial set up.

Pricing We use a structured pricing system based on your needs (example: number of accounts, average number of transactions per month, employees and services needed) so you will always have a predictable  cost for your own budgeting purposes. You will receive a detailed, transparent proposal which will outline each services and the package options designed specifically for your business and to fit your budget.
